Kris Mollohan

  • Kris Mollohan is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner practicing in Northwest Alabama. She began her career at a county hospital in Sheffield, Alabama when she was only 18 years old. Since then, she has logged nearly 35 years of experience in various settings of patient care (Pediatrics, Oncolgy, Emergency Department, Flight Nurse and Nurse Practitioner).

    In addition to her extensive clinical experience, Kris has an outstanding academic background that includes Board Certification in Emergency Nursing, a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing from Colorado Technical University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, A Master of Science in Nursing and a post Master’s certificate in Nursing Education from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, Alabama. She is a Board Certified Medical Examiner for the Department of Transportation through the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration.

    Kris strives to provide excellent care to the patient’s she serves and her philosophy is to treat others the way she would want to be treated; with respect, dignity and compassion.

    Kris is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a General member of the  American Academy of Pain Management.


Dr. Ernie Mollohan

  • Dr. E.L. Mollohan, DO, DPM, began his medical carer at Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in 1983. He continued on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathy in 1993 at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Mo. Dr. Mollohan received his residency training for Family Practice at Carraway Methodist Hospital in Birmingham, Al. and his Podiatric Medical surgical residency at Waldo General Hospital in Seattle, Wa. 

    Dr. Mollohan is a Vietnam veteran. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Marine Core in 1972, from the U.S. Army national guard in 1980, and from the U.S. Army in 1998. Dr Mollohan’s philosophy in his medical practice is to treat others the way he would want to be treated. “Life is Good”
